What we hold, and why.

What we collect. Your email address, the one line you give us about your job, which steps you have completed and when, and any notes you choose to write at the end of a step. That is the complete list.

Why. Your email signs you in and receives your receipt. Your job line personalises the steps. Progress and notes are how the path remembers where you are. We do not use any of it for anything else.

Payments. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe’s privacy policy covers what they hold.

Email. Sign in links and receipts are sent through Resend. We do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it, and every such email has an unsubscribe link.

Cookies. One cookie, to keep you signed in. No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no third party trackers.

Where. Data is stored in the EU or UK with our hosting and database providers, under standard contractual terms.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete all of it, by emailing hello@khutwa.co.uk from the address on your account. Deletion is done within a few days and is permanent.
