Khutwa (say KUT-wa) · 21 steps · three weeks · a finish line
21 small steps. Then you’re done.
Get comfortable with AI, one small step at a time. Ten minutes a day, applied to the work already on your desk. By the end you will know when to reach for it, what to ask, and how to check what comes back. Couch to 5K for AI.
You’re not behind on AI. You’re overwhelmed. That’s a different thing. You do not need to be good at this, and you do not need to know where to start. Step one is a conversation about something you already know inside out.
The real tool, on your real work. No simulator, no sandbox, no toy version. Every step is done in the actual tool, on something you actually needed to do that day. What you learn on Tuesday still works on Wednesday.
No card. Ten minutes. Three steps free, then £19 once.
Step 1 · 10 minutes · free
Say hello
You will have had one real conversation with an AI and noticed nothing bad happened.
Explain [something I know really well] to me in a few short paragraphs, as if I were a curious friend. Keep it plain.
Done when: You have sent at least two messages and read two replies.
One of 21. The rest waits, in plain sight.
Why this exists
Millions of people feel hopelessly behind on AI. They are not. The firehose of tools, threads and newsletters convinced them they missed the boat. The boat has barely left.
Everyone else sells you more. Khutwa sells you less.
How it works
One step a day. The rest waits, in plain sight.
You never see a catalogue. You see the whole path, 21 outlined steps, and one to do today: ten to fifteen minutes, applied to the job you already do. When it is done, tomorrow’s is ready. After 21, you graduate.
One a day is the suggestion, not a lock. Nothing is held back from you and nothing expires, so if you have an hour and want to do three, do three.

What a step looks like
This is step nine. Same shape.
No video, no theory, nothing to read around it. The stuff you do not need has already been taken out. One small thing to do, a prompt to paste, and a line that tells you when you are done.
Step 9 · 15 minutes
Draft the thing you dread
You will have a reusable prompt for a task you have been doing by hand again and again.
1.Take the first of your top three from yesterday, or whichever is a piece of writing.
2.Find a good past example you wrote. Use the prompt below with it. The example teaches the AI your format better than any description.
3.When the draft is good, save the prompt in your kit. Next time, you paste the prompt, add this week's facts, and edit.
[paste your intro]
I regularly write [what you call this document]. Here is a good past example of one:

Learn the structure. Now write this week's version from these notes:
[this week's rough notes]
Done when: A draft exists and the prompt is saved in your kit.
Three things that make this different.
01
A finish line, not a streak
You complete Khutwa and graduate. The rest of the category runs on endless subscriptions and streaks you feel guilty for breaking.
02
Your real work, not generic tools
Every step lands on something you actually do. Tell us your job on day one and the prompts are written for it.
03
An honest price
£19, once. Yours to keep. No auto-renew waiting underneath, and no “cancel any time” that takes six clicks.
The price
£19. Once.
Less than a month of most AI apps, and it ends. That is the point.
You could ask ChatGPT for prompts. It would give you hundreds, and that is the problem, not the solution. What you are paying for is the order they go in, the one to do today, and the point where you stop.
Yours to keep. Nothing renews.
Plainly: no renewal, and no card kept on file for later. We will never charge you again without you asking us to. Most AI learning runs on a subscription that renews quietly until somebody notices. That is not a thing we are willing to do to you.
Steps 1 to 3. No card. Their only job is to earn your return tomorrow.
£19, once
All 21 steps. Three weeks. Graduation. Yours to keep and come back to.
£5 a month, optional
Keep Sharp, after you graduate. One short drill a week so it does not fade. Staying fit, not still learning. Cancel in one click.
Questions
The things people ask before step one.
Do I need to know anything already?+
No. Step one is making an account and typing a sentence. If you use a computer for work, you are qualified.
Which AI do I use?+
ChatGPT or Claude, whichever you like. Both have a free plan that is more than enough. You pick one on day one and stick with it. Khutwa does not sell you a tool, it teaches you to use one.
How long does each step take?+
Ten to fifteen minutes. Every step says how long before you start, and you can stop when it says you are done.
Is £19 really it?+
Yes. One payment, all 21 steps, yours to keep and revisit. No subscription is needed to complete Khutwa, and the £19 never renews. After you graduate there is an optional Keep Sharp tier at £5 a month, which you choose, and can cancel in one click.
Why pay, when I could just ask ChatGPT?+
You could, and it would hand you hundreds of prompts. That is the thing that stopped you last time. Khutwa is the order they go in, the one you do today, and the line that tells you when you are finished. The prompts are the cheap part.
What if I miss a day?+
Nothing happens. There is no streak to break and no guilt. Your next step waits for you.
Is this a course?+
Not really. There are no videos to sit through and no library to browse. Each day you get one small step, applied to your real job, and everything else stays hidden until you get there.
Something not covered? Send a message and you will get a reply within a day. Or email hello@khutwa.co.uk.
Twenty one honest steps put you ahead of the curve, not behind it.
The first one takes ten minutes and costs nothing. That is the whole ask.
